Larry Hall is a seasoned operations executive and general counsel with over 30 years experience in growing, managing, and fixing businesses.  He has served as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance, and General Counsel in various firms. He has been involved in several turn-arounds as well as several start-ups.

He has managed manufacturing groups in the computer, telecom, defense, and industrial component industries. He has run large high volume production operations with factories in multiple countries as well as the manufacturing operations of small specialty firms producing low volume, sophisticated high reliability systems, and everything in between. He has started manufacturing facilities, moved production facilities, and he has shut down factories.

Since earning his JD and passing the California Bar several decades ago, he transitioned his career into corporate management.  He has led the consolidation of multiple factories into one location as part of a turn-around.  He has managed the management teams of several subsidiaries reporting to a parent company.  He has managed the Finance operations during a turn around.  He has also managed many regulatory compliance activities, from Export/Import to Human Resources to EH&S to Contracts.
